Meditation can enhance our health and wellbeing, our focus and clarity of mind, and quality of life. With the calming of our minds we promote happiness and inner peace in our hearts - with the inner peace rippling out into the different areas of your world.
Yoga Nidra meditation is a unique method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation while maintaining consciousness. Yoga Nidra not only brings physical and mental relaxation, but also prepares the mind for spiritual development. It is often called the "Psychic Sleep" and is practiced laying down.
